Bean Beet Chili

Bite Club member Whitney created a vegetarian chili recipe that's so delicious you won't even miss the meat. The beans included are a plant-based protein that is a perfect way to keep you full and satisfied. Plant protein is also essential to get if you're on the 21-Day Weight Loss Breakthrough.

1 cup Garbanzo beans
3 Diced beets
1/2 Diced white onion
1 clove Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Chili powder
1 cup Water
Fresh cilantro (garnish)

Throw ingredients into a large pot and let simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
