Banana, Date, and Hemp Smoothie

If you need to take a moment to kick back and relax, sipping on this magnesium-rich smoothie is the way to go. Made with nutty hemp milk full of essential fatty acids, probiotic-rich kefir, and naturally sweet cinnamon, you can enjoy this beverage, courtesy of Julie Smolyansky, for breakfast, dessert, or whenever the craving strikes.

1 cup Organic plain whole-milk kefir
1 Small frozen banana
1/2 cup Hemp milk
1/2 cup Chopped pitted Medjool dates
1 tbsp Hemp seeds
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
1 pinch Ground cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)
1 pinch Sea salt or Himalayan pink salt
1 tbsp Peanut butter (for garnish)

In a blender, combine all ingredients except peanut butter and blend until you achieve your desired consistency.

Garnish with cinnamon and the peanut butter.
