Ashley Graham's Beet Smoothie

This beet smoothie is supermodel Ashley Graham's go-to morning breakfast. It helps wake up her body and gives her the energy she needs to get through the day. 

1 Medium beet (chopped into pieces)
2 Stalks of kale
Juice of 1 lemon
1 inch Ginger (piece)
2 Apples (cored)
1 handful Fresh parsley
1/2 cup Water

Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Add an extra 1/2 cup of water if needed for desired consistency and enjoy!
