Honey and Sugar Foot Scrub

Podiatrist Dr. Krista Archer saves your soles with this soothing foot scrub. Cracked heels result when your feet are exposed to dry air or when they're constantly rubbing against a shoe. Relieve your parched skin just in time for summer.


Ingredients
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp honey
3 drops peppermint essential oil

Directions
Use firm strokes and massage scrub into your feet.

Rinse off with warm water and dry feet completely with towel.

Save any unused portion in lidded container and use within one month.
