The Guide to Essential Oils

Essential oils are highly concentrated plants and herbs that have been mixed with something called a carrier oil -- like jojoba oil or coconut oil -- that make them safe to apply to your skin. Essential oils have healing properties that can relieve anxiety, soothe a stressful mind, clear skin, prevent wrinkles, reduce allergy symptoms, and more. Test out one or two as a way to potentially help ease the problems you are experiencing; you may be pleasantly surprised by the results. Be wary when buying these oils though, as not all stores that carry them and brands are reputable. Follow these guidelines when shopping for essential oils.
