Dr. Oz Approved Menu Contest

Here's how to enter:

Create the ultimate Dr. Oz Approved Menu from Dr. Oz's various Pinterest boards. All it takes is four simple steps to enter:

  1. Enter your name, email and Pinterest username in the form below. This will help us contact you if you win.
  2. Create a Pinterest board called "Dr. Oz Approved Menu". Make sure that title is exact, otherwise we won't be able to find your entry!
  3. Repin one item from each of Dr. Oz's menu boards. They are titled Oz Menu - Breakfast, Oz Menu - Lunch, Oz Menu - Dinner, Oz Menu - Sides, Oz Menu - Dessert. The idea is to make a full menu -- breakfast, lunch, dinner, side dish and dessert. Make sure to select your very favorite item from each board!
  4. Once your menu is finalized, save the board. Click on "edit board" and in the "description" field, tell us why you picked these five dishes. Descriptions must be 500 characters or less. See below for how this should look.

Below is an example of how your board should look at the end:

We look forward to seeing your menus! The winners will be contacted via email.
