1 Small apple
2 tbsp Chopped walnuts
1 tsp Honey (optional)
1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 cup Fat-free plain yogurt

Place the apple and walnuts in a microwavable bowl.

Top with the honey and cinnamon.

Microwave on high power for 1 minute or until warmed.

Top with the yogurt.
