Anti-Cancer Raspberry Mango Tilapia

1 cup Fresh raspberries
1 tbsp Fresh cilantro
1 1/2 lbs Tilapia fillets
1 Mango
1 Jalapeno pepper

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

Place tilapia fillets on a nonstick baking sheet or baking sheet lined with foil and lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a medium nonmetallic bowl.

Divide fish among 4 dinner plates and top with raspberry mango salsa.
