Anti-Alzheimer's Smoothie

Blend these ingredients up and enjoy this smoothie for breakfast to boost your brain.

1 cup Spinach
1/2 cup Mixed berries
1/8 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
3-4 Drops MCT oil
1/2 cup Water

Add ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Add ice if desired and enjoy!
