1/2 cup Egg Beaters®
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Almond extract
1 tbsp No-calorie sweetener of choice
In large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Batter will be slightly thick. Add more almond milk to adjust to preferred batter consistency.
Spray large skillet or griddle pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat over medium low heat. Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto preheated cooking surface. Cook for 2 minutes per side.
Enjoy with slices of turkey bacon or top with your favorite fruit.
