5-Minute Stir-Fry Shrimp and Green Bean

The secret to this quick and easy stir-fry dinner is making the sauce restaurant quality. Just sauté the ginger and garlic in sesame oil to let the flavors bloom, then thicken it with cornstarch so it sticks to the food. It's also incredibly versatile — you can add your own protein and vegetable combinations. Cutting back on red meat? Try this shrimp and green bean combo!

½ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Honey
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Raw ginger
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 cup Broccoli (chopped)
1 cup Carrots (sliced)

Saute the garlic and ginger in sesame oil on medium heat.

Add soy sauce and other ingredients and cook until heated. Stir in cornstarch to thicken the sauce.

Heat oil over a nonstick pan and add shrimp stirring until brown.

Pour sauce in pan and stir to coat meat.

Once the sauce is bubbling, add the veggies to the pan and stir again to coat.

Cook until meat is cooked through and veggies are soft.

Serve over rice or alone. Enjoy!
