The 28-Day Shrink Your Stomach Challenge Baked Egg in Avocado

Start your day with a dose of healthy monounsaturated fats and protein with a baked egg in an avocado. It's one of Dr. Oz's favorite ways to enjoy avocado in the morning.

1 Medium or large avocado
2 Small eggs

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Cut avocado in half and carefully remove the pit from the center.

Crack one egg at a time into a bowl and slide each egg into the hole left by the pit in each avocado half.

Place on baking sheet and bake at 450°F for 10-12 minutes.
