1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
1 Garlic clove (minced)
2 tsp Lemon zest
1/2 Lemon (squeezed juice)
1 tbsp Chopped parsley
Dash of sea salt
Dash of fresh ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a large nonstick baking dish, add halibut with skin side down and drizzle with oil.
Top with garlic, lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons of juice and parsley, dividing evenly. Season with sea salt and pepper.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until halibut flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Drizzle with remaining lemon juice and serve.
