1-Minute Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are one of the fastest breakfasts you can make and you can prep them the night before. Put the oats in the fridge, and you’ll have a healthy, hearty breakfast ready to go in the morning! Wake up and add any fruit you’d like. Then, it’s just one minute to heat the oats up and go.

1/2-3/4 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup Steel-cut oats
2 tbsp Chia seeds
pinch Kosher or sea salt
1 tbsp Coconut chips
1 tsp Almond extract
1 tbsp Organic pure maple syrup
1 tbsp Goji berries

In a small mason jar, pour the almond milk first, then add the other ingredients. Stir, then put the top on and shake vigorously.

Put the oats in the fridge and they'll be ready to go in the morning!
